To make these cookies, you’ll need the following ingredients:
- Einkorn Flour: This is the main ingredient of the cookies and gives them their unique texture and taste. You can buy our Organic All-Purpose Einkorn Flour right here at AncientGrains.com!
- Baking Powder: This helps the cookies rise and become light and airy. Make sure your baking powder is fresh and not expired.
- Salt: This balances the sweetness of the cookies and brings out their flavor. Use fine sea salt or kosher salt for the best results.
- Butter: This adds richness and moisture to the cookies. You can use coconut oil for a dairy free alternative.
- Sugar: This sweetens the cookies and helps them brown. You can use granulated sugar or organic cane sugar.
- Eggs: These bind the ingredients together and add structure to the cookies. Use large eggs at room temperature for the best results.
- Vanilla Extract: This enhances the flavor of the cookies and gives them a nice aroma. We recommend using pure vanilla extract for the best flavor.
