Description

The Mockmill 200 Stone Grain Mill is a slightly more powerful version of the Mockmill 100, and the second most popular mill in the Mockmill line of flour mills by Wolfgang Mock.

The Mockmill 200 is preferred by those who bake large quantities but is still not ideal for continuous milling.  The Mockmill 200 Pro is the best mill for continuous milling.

See Additional Information tab for more full specifications on the Mockmill 200.

The Mockmill 200 is excellent for milling very fine flour, and it can be adjusted to mill coarse flour or cracked grains, as well.

Use the Mockmill 200 to mill the following grains: Einkorn, Spelt, Emmer, Kamut® / Khorasan, Oats, Wheat, Barley, Rye, Teff, Millet, Quinoa, Corn, Beans, Amaranth, Chickpeas, Buckwheat, Sorghum, Rice, Foni, and more…

  1. I reached out to Grand Teton Ancient Grains simply to ask about what flour mill I should purchase. I was told while other brands of flour mills were good, the Mockmill was the way to go. I’m so glad I took his advice. They were out of stock and he put me on a waiting list. I was told he would let me know as soon as they got some in. Four days later I got an email saying they had a small order come in and if I wanted one that I should purchase soon. I purchased the Mockmill 200 immediately and so happy that I did. I have only been milling hard red wheat berries. The flour that this mill produces is absolutely gorgeous and the mill itself is extremely easy to use and clean if necessary. I’ve just completed my sourdough starter using fresh milled hard red wheat, and the results were incredible. I am looking forward to producing some great nutritious breads.
Thank you Ancient Grains for the great advice.

  2. I am really enjoying this grain mill. I have used Turkey red, Einkorn and Spelt. All have been found perfectly. The package was well packed and came in a timely manner. I’m very happy with my order.
