Einkorn Pancakes

Whole-Grain Einkorn Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 650 grams Einkorn flour - 5 cups of flour
  • 3 T Baking Powder
  • 2 t Salt
  • 3 T Coconut Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cube of Butter (1/2 cup) - Melted
  • 3 C Milk
  • 1 C Water

Instructions

  • Measure dry ingredients into a bowl and whisk.
  • Add in wet ingredients and whisk until combined.
  • Let batter rest for 5-10 minutes.
  • Heat skillet on medium or medium-high heat.
  • Pour 1/4 of a cup of batter onto the skillet and cook untill bubbles form and pop on the top.
  • Flip and cook on the other side for about half the time the first side was cooked.
  • Add topping of choice and enjoy!
