I will never look back to other flour anymore. I feel in love with real bread, I can it “Jesus’s bread” because if He said I’m the bread of life, then bread from that time was good, and it is! This bread, I cannot tell you enough, you just mill the grains (I use a 1400 watts blender) and the results are so delicious, nothing like the best bread from any bakery can beat this. I have prepared small batches of bread for my colleagues to treat real unprocessed bread, and I have so many requests now for this bread, they all love it, some of them are going to begin to mill their own flour too. And this is just the beginning, I have yet to explore cookies, banana bread, etc… and I want to explore other grains too….so many possibilities! And this company, I love it already, they follow up with you to see if everything was OK, and shipping was so fast, my grains came in like 2 days via air with free shipping, totally recommend Ancient grains. I will be buying again soon the other grains ♡
Very happy with my wheat berries and Grand Teton!!!
Love all your grains. I’ve been using them for a year now. They are super clean. Love the no glyphosate and organic grains!
Grain arrived in good condition and quickly. The grain itself was very clean. Nice.
I’m new at grain milling and baking my own bread, and honestly felt a little overwhelmed when trying to decide where to purchase the items I would need to get started. The source of my wheat, of course, was of major concern, because I wanted to make sure I was purchasing grains of the highest quality — I wanted non-GMO, certified 100% organic, glyphosate free grains. Fortunately, this wonderful family farm was recommended to me as a great source of grains that would provide the quality grains I was looking for. From their informative website experience all the way to the delivery of my shipment (which, by the way, was fast!), it was incredibly easy. The hard white and hard red wheat berries I purchased from them are now being milled in my kitchen and used (half and half in my current recipe) to make bread that I can feel certain is providing me with superior nutritional quality, as well as unbeatable flavor. It’s also allowing me to have “real” bread for the first time in 12 years, as the gluten intolerance I experience from commercial flour and bread is not happening with the use of my home-milled flour from these grains. While I still have to avoid gluten when eating out, the ability to “eat normally” at home is a blessing I can’t even describe! I am so grateful to this family for their commitment to excellence!
