We made this organic einkorn pasta to feed our own family—clean, flavorful, and made from God’s original wheat. Now, we’re sharing it with you. It comes direct from our regeneratively organic family farm and mill in Idaho, where it’s stone-milled on site and crafted into pasta the old-fashioned way through bronze dies. The result is genuine einkorn flavor, better texture, and a lighter, more satisfying bowl you can feel good about.
