We mill the durum and then use the flour it in our pasta extruder. We love it. Nice fresh taste.
This is my favorite dough. It is so easy to work with. I have made rolls and pizza dough with the Durum wheat. Our family loves the flavor. This is a great dough to teach your grand kids to bake. It forms a consistency of silly putty. Really makes baking fun. I hope they never run out of it. It is at a great price too.
