  • USDA Certified 100% Organic Einkorn Berries (the whole grain). Premium food grade.
  • Excellent for sprouting**, milling flour for baking, or used as a whole grain for salads, pilafs and soups.
  • Packaged in sturdy paper bags to eliminate contact with plastic, maintain freshness, and reduce waste.  Our packaging is designed to reduce wasted shipping carton space and ensure our customers get the most of the shipping.
  • We recommend milling your own flour; the nutrients are better preserved and the flour is as fresh as it can be. Visit our Grain Mills page for the mills we recommend.
  • We also offer fresh-milled organic einkorn flours. To order, see our Whole-Grain Einkorn Flour or our Premium All-Purpose Einkorn Flour.
  • Your purchase is always protected by our 100% Satisfaction Money-Back Guarantee.
  • You can also apply for bulk or wholesale pricing if you want to resell, setup a group order, or order large quantities (over 1000LBS).

Certified 100% Organic & Glyphosate Free:

  • All of our einkorn is grown without the use of herbicide, pesticides, or manufactured fertilizers.
  • That means we also do not use Roundup®, fulvic acid, 2-4-D, or any other chemical.
  • Not only do we NEVER use glyphosate but we also test our einkorn berries to certify that they are free of glyphosate!

I've ordered from some other companies and I I'll say that your grains are much clearer with better packaging and also, no shipping changes. As for the Einkorn it's excellent, as usual. I used my 13"×5" Pullman and baked a 6.5lb loaf of delicious bread. Thank you, MW

Wonderful berries! We’ve made several loaves of bread and also used in other recipes. Excellent quality! Have struggled with different health issues, GI tract issues much better! Sometimes pair with super-hot honeys I make. Highly recommended! Spicy Cheddar Cheese Block Avocado Pancakes

I received my order in a very timely manner. The einkorn berries are very clean and fresh. I just made my first loaf of 100% einkorn sourdough bread with freshly-milled flour, and it's delicious. I'm looking forward to using einkorn for more of my baking.

What can I say! Grand Teton ancient grains is my absolute favorite company for my ancient grains! Einkorn is my number one favorite and most used ancient grain, especially for all things dessert!! Literally my taste buds are spoiled, and I can no longer eat anything with all-purpose flour in it!! Their grains always come so clean and in such a nice strong package and the shipping is fast!

I love ordering grains from Grand Teton Ancient Grains because I know they are clean, and the farm is regenerative and organic. These delicious cookies are made with Einkorn grain that I milled. Sourdough Einkorn Crunch Cookies.

I was anxiously awaiting for the new crop and they were so good about keeping us posted on how the crop was coming along and when it’d be ready. I ordered right away and they were great about getting it out asap. My sourdough breads came out excellent. The freshness of the berry and the taste did not disappoint. I’m getting ready to make my third order. I really appreciate the care this family farm puts into all they do. Going to try those lemon bars next. Thank you for sharing recipes with us.

If I buy a Mockmill to grind Einkorn berries will this grind to be whole grain einkorn flour or all purpose einkorn flour? Shelby Lenoue asked on February 16, 2026

It would be whole grain flour. If you sift out the bran with a 40-60 mesh sieve, then it will be like our all-purpose flour.

How can you plant these berries to grow more? Colby Vlietstra asked on January 1, 2026

The hull has been removed, and this process can cause a drop in germination. That said you can expect a 40-60% germination rate, however, a portion of the seeds that do germination do tend to have lack vigor.

Our Family And Team at Grand Teton Ancient Grains

Our Mission

Since 2009 our family's been on a bootstrapped quest to restore healthier ancient grains to the American dinner table.

Today, we've grown to employ people throughout our small Idaho community.

Your support means a lot to everyone here at our family farm and mill.

A Different Kind of Gluten

Einkorn is an ancient grain that has a different kind of gluten, a “good gluten,” with a simpler chromosomal thumbprint.

Customers tell us they and their families find Einkorn much easier to digest than industrialized modern wheat.

Different Gluten
Milling Process

Our Fresh Milling Process

To ensure every batch of Einkorn flour meets the highest standards of baking-ready quality and freshness, we developed a unique 8-stage state-of-the-art grain-cleaning gauntlet.

From there, the Einkorn enters our stone mill where fine flour is freshly milled, then sifted to remove most of the bran, ensuring a light, beautiful all-purpose organic flour.

This way, you know our flour is fresh as it gets.

And because it is stone milled, it still contains the all-important Einkorn germ, loaded with healthy vitamins and antioxidants.
