A huge YES to y’all’s new Pasta products! It’s so nice to be able to eat pasta again that’s rich in flavor, nutritious and doesn’t leave me with that familiar pasta coma feeling afterwards! What’s also super cool is that hubby can eat it without ANY regrets or inflammation responses in his RA (rheumatoid arthritis)! He’s gluten intolerant, unless it’s ANCIENT GRAINS Einkorn products.

I’m learning so much, reading about Einkorn, enjoying the quality pictures and finding some AMAZING recipes with deets on how to bake with Einkorn flour since it’s got it’s own requirements (easy to adjust to) for baking perfection.
This angel hair was all I hoped it would be! Packaged well, so it wasn’t all broken to bits on arrival. I cooked it just as the directions said, about 2 1/2 minutes was perfect for me. We ate it with only some grass fed butter, a sprinkle of garlic and a little grated parmesan so we could really feel the texture and flavor of the pasta was without any accoutrements. We couldn’t be more delighted to have something so nutritious and delicious to add to our meal rotation. Everything we’ve received from Grand Teton has been perfect. It’s wonderful to be able to make our bread and deserts from einkorn and now with a pasta available… It just makes it easy to love what we’re eating!

This pasta cooked up very nicely. It is good al dente and adds a slightly nutty flavor under the sauce or flavorings you choose. Also, it does not feel heavy in the stomach.
