Organic hard white wheat is used in the top bread flours to provide strong gluten and superior dough performance. Although it’s not an ancient grain, our hard white wheat berries are premium food grade, ready for milling into flour for baking, sprouting, or serving as a whole grain in salads, pilafs, and soups.

Not only did I receive my grain in a timely manner. I did get a call from an actual human being double checking on my address and it was good to be able to talk to someone! I have been baking up a storm. And sharing my wheatberries. I have a friend who will soon be ordering from your company. I also ordered your Einkorn cookbook. It was well received. I don’t use that particular grain because I unfortunately don’t have the patience that is required I give your company five stars! Happy new year Susan Lohnes China Village, Maine

I have ordered grains from a few different places and been frustrated due to dust, debris, and lack of quality. I decided to try Grand Teton Ancient Grains when I had a shipping issue with the company I had been using. I am SO glad I did! This grain is beautiful. It's plump, it's clean, and it bakes up like a dream! I use 75% Hard White Wheat and 25% Hard Red Wheat for my most successful bakes. Breads, bagels, donuts, dinner rolls, hamburger/ hotdog buns... you name it, this does it. I am thankful! This Thanksgiving I tried my hand at dressing from loaves I'd made myself. Everything in the meal that used wheat in any way came from this wheat! It made a fabulous roux for my white sauce base for green bean casserole, cheesey potatoes, rolls, and, of course, the scrumptious dressing.
