No sooner than that bucket touched our floor, our kids were opening it up. They wanted to make bread. As you can see, we love the wheat. We like all the wheat we have tried. The Einkorn, Khorasan and now the Hard White berry. Thank you for your effort to produce the organic wheat. This is a picture of our Orange bread with icing made with the Khorasan. It was yummy.

The grains were fine and oxygen free although the pail was damaged and couldn’t be fixed. I will have to purchase a new pail to keep them in but I’m loving my grains so far.
