I am delighted with Ancient Grain’s Kamut. The packaging is impressive. The box it came in was very thick and protective. The pail was a delight. Instead of using loads of oxygen absorbers which often cause pails to suck in and malform, minimum absorbers were used and instead nitrogen was used to finish the job as evidenced by the rubber lid plug. The Kamut itself was fresh, smelling and perfectly sorted and clean. We boiled it whole to use it as a superior carb mixed into soups. We loved it’s nutty flavor and chewy texture. Next I plan to use my mill to crack the grains and make a great breakfat cereal with it combined with cracked oats.
