Description

Rye is a type of grain that belongs to the wheat family and has been cultivated for centuries. It is commonly used for making bread, whiskey, and other fermented products such as sourdough. Bread made from Rye flour has a stronger flavor, a denser texture and darker color compared to wheat bread, and is a popular bread variety in many parts of the world. Rye is also known for its nutritional benefits, with high fiber content and lower glycemic index. Our Organic Rye is grown using organic and sustainable farming methods without any harmful chemicals, resulting in a pure and healthy product. Its rich fiber content and essential nutrients make it perfect for baking flavorful and wholesome bread. Adding our Organic Rye to your diet can provide a range of essential vitamins and minerals that promote good health. Experience the unique flavor and nutritional benefits of Grand Teton Ancient Grains Organic Rye by trying it today!

I’ve made two loaves of rye bread now with these grains, and the taste is amazing! The milling goes real smooth, and the smell that engulfs my house for the day is a great added bonus. I will be ordering this again when I run out, and I will be trying their other grains.

I've been making the most incredible freshly milled 100% sourdough rye bread with these rye berries. My husband keeps asking for it. It's nice to know that I have a reliable source for good organic rye berries that come from a farm with regenerative practices. My journey to good health includes finding good sources for food and Grand Teton Ancient Grains fulfills our needs. Thank You. Keep up the good work.
