I haven’t used the spelt yet. Trying to perfect the bread I haven’t had time to try anything else. I do love your berries. They are clean and smell wonderful. I had tried another company before yours and when I milled their flour came out with small spiders and stringy flour. But yours is excellent! I know you charge for shipping but your product is worth it! I used Hard Red wheat and Khorasan for bread and it was so delicious. I will never go back to store bought bread again. My bread comes out sweet, soft and tastes amazing. Thank you so much for a wonderful product. God bless you!

    The spelt berries were just as advertised. I have already ground some and made some wonderful sourdough bread. The flavor and texture of the bread was everything I had hoped for.     Love this wheat berry- we mix half spelt and half hard white to make bread and pancakes so far and it has a delicious mild wheat/nutty flavor. It’s sooo good!
    I am new to milling and look forward to trying different baked goods with it!
