My Komo Fidibus Classic grain mill turned 2 cups of Organic Spelt Berries into enough flour to make one large pizza with a crispy/chewy outer crust and crunchy bottom crust with a delicious flavor that only freshly milled Organic Spelt Berries can provide. I ordered spelt berries and am very pleased with my order. They arrived in a timely manner, the berries are in pristine condition and the bag is compostable. What else could a baker ask for? I made a spelt sandwich bread found on The Rose Homestead website, and it turned out delicious! Grand Teton also has many fabulous recipes on their website. I plan to explore that further.

I have purchased spelt berries, einkorn berries, and milled einkorn. The shipping has been seamless and the product is wonderful. All my friends are getting bread samples, starter, and the website name. I'm new to bread making and I'm still working through baking at 5,000 feet. The loaves may not be the prettiest, but they taste so good!

Can get about just as much lift with Spelt and Khorasan combined as Hard white or red. The spelt berries from Grand Teton are fairly priced and always high-quality.
