Just made a loaf today out of spelt it is very tasty enikorn has been my favorite but now I have 2 favorite s
The order process was seamless, and the spelt arrived very quickly. I’ve ground and baked a first batch of bread with it mixed with whole wheat flour. The flour from these spelt berries is very rich in flavor, one might almost say aromatic. The price was very moderate. All in all I can recommend Grand Teton to anyone who wants an excellent product at a fair price.
I’ve made a few loaves of bread, cookies, pancakes, waffles, rolls and buns with this grain. All turned out great! Very clean berries, exceptional packaging. I am very happy with it and will be ordering more at some point.
The king of all ancient grains. The thing that makes spelt the best in my opinion after now baking numerous loaves from scratch with fresh milled spelt is the beautiful taste. Nutty and rich, this is my second big pail I’ve Joe ordered.
Everything was on time, and berries were perfect.
